Glogauair (Glogauer Str.16) & concert night

It has been a great evening, but...lets start from the beginning. I was meeting Mariana around 7.30pm and we head to Glogauair (Glogauer Str.16, Xberg), the artist residence where she works. http://www.glogauair.net/ There we meet Steven & Mauricio.

They usually organise pretty cool stuff, so check out the page from time to time! We entered and the first thing I saw was this golden old sofa next to an old chair and a guitar. Amazing scenery.

Miles Joseph - http://www.myspace.com/milesjamz
Vio/Mire (USA)- http://www.myspace.com/viomire
Mathias Kom (Ontario, Canada)- http://www.myspace.com/mathiaskom

The first group playing, even though thery weren't in the programm, where Martha Rose and Take me Home. Acoustic folk/blues group that I really liked it.  http://www.myspace.com/martharosemusic. It reminded me to Pearl and the Puppets, just that sort of music. Check out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySpJ165mtps

The next to play was Miles Joseph - http://www.myspace.com/milesjamz
Folk-Rock-Indie music...

The, it was already Brandon's turn, without any doubt my favourite: Vio/Mire (USA)- http://www.myspace.com/viomire
I couldn't stop looking at him and for a second I just felt the world had stopped. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91ATaE3_Wt4&feature=related Amazing sensation. I love acoustic live music. I think u already know that. Anyways.

And it was already time for Mathias Kom to play. Really funny, great voice and great lyrics. http://www.myspace.com/mathiaskom

Little by little it was getting darker and the atmosphere really really cosy. We were sitting in an old sofa, I couldn't even move. So relaxing.

Next weekend, Glogauair will be organising Home sweet Home @ Werkstatt der Kulturen, an international performance and video festival taking place in Neukölln.
So, we said "bye" to the boys...but (for a strange reason), the night didn't end up here...
To be continued.
